One of my favourite days this year was the unveiling of Lemmy's statue in his home town of Burslem. One man was the initial driving force behind the project and that was sculptor Andy Edwards. Here we talk all about the impact the statue has had on the area (BIG) and what the plans are for the Motorhead museum, future events and the whole area, Charles Darwin even gets a mention! Last time Dan was on we both felt we only scratched the surface of our love of metal and especially thrash. Here we go DEEP into the history of it, how he discovered metal and then thrash as a kid in the late 90's early 20000's, we try and shout out those long lost smaller bands that never got a break whilst also breaking down the role of thrash in today's metal scene.
